Fred Albert Fulle (1892-1964) was the owner and publisher of the Des Plaines Publishing Company that published the Des Plaines Suburban Times, the Park Ridge Herald and the Niles Review. He was also director of the Des Plaines National Bank and vice president of the Des Plaines Savings & Loan.

He was a member of the Des Plaines city council from 1932 to 1936 and served as Maine Township Republican committeeman as well as a member of the Cook County Board of Commissioners.

He was a charter member of the Lions Club.
