The United Federation of Doll Clubs

The United Federation of Doll Clubs The United Federation of Doll Clubs (UFDC) is a non-profit organization with the goal of being the foremost in research, education, conservation, collecting, and appreciation of dolls. It was founded in 1949.
In 1997 the research center took over the balcony of the library at 841 Graceland Avenue. The area was no longer usuable as a public space with the passage of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
In 1998 Ben Hollis visited the library to report on the doll collection (see below).
The library left the building in 2000 and the dolls were returned to the UFDC headquarters in Kansas City, MO.
