Marguerite Flentge

Marguerite Flentge (1916-2001) was a librarian at the Des Plaines Public Library from 1962 to 1982. She initiated Battle of the Books at the library. The Marguerite Flentege Award is named after her. Her uncle was Erich Schalk.
