The Americana Inn was a motel at 2175 E. Touhy. It was renamed O'Hare American Inn in 1966. The hotel became a Comfort Inn in 1987 and Spark by Hilton Des Plaines Chicago O'Hare in 2025. The restaurant was Sweet Zucchini.

Albert Pick, Jr. (1895-1977) owned several hotels, including the Congress Plaza Hotel in Chicago.
